This layer contains code enforced cases. There are over 14,130 cases included. The original source is from the City of Long Beach. The points represent cases that are either external or all inclusive. If points are external, or curb only, they represent minor cases such as trash cans left out or overgrown vegetation. Indoor inclusive cases are more likely to affect the livelihood of residents.
